Postpartum Doula Support

I offer two postpartum care options tailored to your needs:

Think of this as a blend of everything you need wrapped into one: a maid, a cook, a listening ear, and someone to hold your baby so you can finally rest.

Postpartum support is completely personalized to you. Some of the ways I help include:

• Washing bottles or pump parts
• Doing laundry and light tidying
• Preparing meals and snacks
• Caring for baby while you nap or shower
• Accompanying you to appointments for an extra set of hands
• Offering lactaction support and gentle guidance

Each package includes:

• A customized postpartum planning document
• Education on postpartum mental health
• Support for feeding (bottle or breast)
• Encouragement, empathy, and someone in your corner cheering you on

Postpartum is a sacred time for rest, nourishment, and support. I'm here to help you experience all three.
